As one will learn in the video documentary below, Dr. Marva Morris is a very accomplished entrepreneur and veteran of the corporate world. Her career has evolved from running her own factory and distribution company of plastic bottles and jars to experiences ranging from marketing and sales, launching start-ups, turn-key operations, acquisitions, and business development to joint ventures in the packaging, bottling, and plastics industry.  

Her background is an impressive journey through the plastics and packaging manufacturing industry, highlighted by extensive corporate sales, business development, marketing and executive level management experience.  She is widely recognized as the first and only African American female in the country who has headed a manufacturing facility for blow molding located in Michigan state. The factory produced plastic products for the food, beverage, household, automotive aftermarket, and ethnic hair care industries. In addition to owning and operating her 65,000 square foot factory in Michigan, one of her most rewarding projects was in 2001 when she led a contracting team to install 25% of the plastic seating for the fans and patrons in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ stadium, PNC Park. 

Last but not least, Dr. Morris is also a treasured member of the northwestern PA community, volunteering on several boards, such as Food21 of Pennsylvania.  Formerly, she was the minister of music at her church for many years. She was honored with a Doctor of Divinity degree from the Heart Bible Institute and is the author of the book, “It’s What’s Inside That Counts” – the motto of the company by which she lives and takes to heart everyday.  Her long-anticipated book will launch for pre-sale in the Spring of 2023.
